Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — $8.00
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days — $15.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70.00

International Shipping We do not do international shipping at this time. 

Dropship Orders Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners and may ship separately. You may receive multiple packages for a single order — this is normal and there's no extra charge.

Customs & Duties  We do not do international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at theprettypetstudio@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Countries We Don't Ship To We currently cannot ship to countries subject to international trade restrictions or outside the Unites States or any international shipping at this time.
