All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pretty Pet Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
